My lifestyle transformation began after Weighing 225 pounds the biggest I’ve ever been wearing size 16 and struggling every time I went shopping for clothes. Being depressed, angry, frustrated after realizing oh no I’m a size bigger now. I’ve always been on diets and gaining and losing weight but I never learned how eat clean I just thought the less you eat the more weight you will lose. Jan 2018 I finally decided to focus on me physically and mentally. I began with just meal prepping eating clean no exercising and within 3 months I lost 17 pounds. Mid March after losing 17 pounds a friend convince me to try out a bootcamp class. At first I was skeptical because I never really found a gym that I felt comfortable working out. Normally I would quit within 2 months now I’m down 78 pounds weight 147 and feeling great about myself. My journey continues with eating healthy, meal prepping and working out 4-5 days a week. Accountability is the key.
